It has a nice wide seat that was comfortable for Annie (who is 12 months) and the recline lever is simple to use. The basket has plenty of room and I find it nice that the handle bar comes with an area to keep your keys and phone safe.
The only slight downside is the handlebar is low, which could be an issue for taller parents. But, it's covered in a lovely leather-like material that's soft and comfy and wipes down easily, making it still a breeze to push with bags and children on your hands!

It's a bit bigger than other pushchairs, however it doesn't feel bulky or heavy when you push it over bumpy surfaces.
The seat fabric is machine washable, as are the frame and faux leather grips are easy to wipe down. It's also quieter than many pushchairs and I felt confident using it on busy city streets. It has integrated accessory points that allow you to attach footmuffs and parasols as well as changing bags, snack trays, and even snack tray. The hood can be used to block rain and wind, but it's not waterproof. It's a single pram however, you can also attach their Comfort Wheeled Board (not included) to give your child a bit of leg room. It took around 20 minutes to put together the bassinet, and a similar amount of time to convert it to the seat.
